ABOUT the NEW YORK COMPENSATION ASSOCIATION

One of the greatest challenges for compensation and benefits professionals today is staying current with the changes in our field. Whether it's learning about the newest design in variable compensation plans, understanding changes in the legislative arena or dealing with a turbulent economy, it's critical to stay up to date and ahead of the curve.

The New York Compensation Association is a great source of information and professional development in midtown Manhattan. Membership is open to professionals in the metropolitan area who are engaged in the design, establishment, execution, consultation, administration or management of compensation and/or benefits. It's affordable and the travel expense is usually a subway ride!

Breakfast meetings are held five times per year (September to June) and always feature great speakers. Your membership fee covers all expenses and if you're not able to attend, a colleague can attend in your place at no cost.
