Last month, our members gathered for an energizing panel discussion on one of today’s most talked-about topics: the impact of Artificial Intelligence tools on employee compensation and total rewards. Hosted in the elegant surroundings of Campari's North American headquarters in the Grace Building, the event brought together HR and total rewards professionals for a morning of insight, connection, and lively conversation.

Our dynamic speakers, Sean Luitjens and Olya Evanitsky, led a thought-provoking dialogue on how AI is reshaping compensation strategy — from predictive analytics in pay equity to smarter approaches for tailoring benefits. They explored not just the technology itself, but how HR leaders can harness AI responsibly to create more transparent, data-driven, and human-centered workplaces.
